Bench Optic

Simple “shadowgraph” system device for setting roller entry guides prior to installing in the rolling mill stand. The system is primarily for use with high-speed roller entry guides.

• Fabricated and finish machined steel setting bench.
• Steel lamp housing with low voltage LED light source.
• Condensing lens.
• 1 x 1, 1 x 2 , 1 x 3 and 1 x 5 magnification lens systems.
• Template housing with target screen.
• Plexiglass (acrylic) template or simple geometric template.
• Adjustable base for the guide mounting.
