Designed as a close rolling stand twister guide for wire rod mill, roughing and intermediate trains. The position of the twister rolls, relative to the delivery pass, require a lower twist angle than other roller twister types.

These guides are recommended for Rod and Bar Mill applications where mill stand centres may be 3 metres or less.

• Rigid cast carbon steel or ductile iron body and cap.
• Stainless or Carbon steel cassette-type roller holder.
• Single-point twist adjustment with positive cassette locking system.
• Incremental, eccentric roller gap adjustment. Simultaneous single point adjustment, of the roller gap, is available as an option.
• Rugged taper roller bearings are employed for long trouble free operation.
• Bearings are sealed against the ingress of contaminants by mill scale and lubricant seals.
• Hardened steel bearing shafts.
• Wear-resistant components for long operational life and ease of maintenance.
