Developed for Special Bar Quality (SBQ) products. This 4-Roller guide controls the bar correctly into the receiving passes and reduces the effect of variations, external to the guide. This ensures any defects attributable to these, external, forces are controlled effectively.

Single point simultaneous roll gap adjustment is achieved to the front rollers.

Incremental adjustment is incorporated for the rear roller gap setting.

Optional simultaneous single point adjustment is available to the rear rollers on some models.

• High capacity taper roller bearings protected from the ingress of contaminants by lubrication and mill scale seals.
• Rugged, corrosion resistant cast stainless steel, carbon steel construction. Stainless steel is used for the smaller sizes in the range.
